TARA Conference 5-7 March, 2009
Knowledge Latitude had participated in TARA conference in Bahrain from 5-7 March, 2009 Represented by CEO “Faten Salah” who gave a workshop which lasted for 2 days under the title “Students Making Choices”
Workshop outline:
- Strategies students can use independently as reader’s, writer’s, and learners.
- Specific literacy routines that meet student’s diverse needs and promote independence.
- Explicit instruction on mechanics embedded in authentic reading and writing activities.
- An emphasis on reading for meaning.
- A problem-solving approach to a variety of texts.
Also the team of Knowledge Latitude had participate in educational exhibitions to show our solutions for the participants.
